Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Price Adjustment Refunds
Easy Returns & Exchanges
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused (for bikes, not ridden), in original packaging including all tags (this applies to bikes as well), the receipt will also be needed. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. To return any product you must call or email our customer service reps to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). For open boxes, like the lights for example which the boxes have been opened and unsealed, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment matter as the purchases were processed. If it is a credit card, then the refund will be processed to your credit card. If it is financing with Paybright, the refund will be issued with Paybright with a cancellation fee of 3%. This is a fee charged to use by Paybright for refunds.

How to get a price adjustment at Magicshine Lights Canada, contact us by email within 14 days of date of purchase with your request. We have 5 working days to process your request.
Exclusions: Magicshine Lights Canada does not offer price adjustment refunds on the followings:
- items sold on Labour Day Weekend through the following Monday
- items sold on Canadian Thanksgiving through the following Monday
- items sold on USA Thanksgiving through the following Monday
- items sold on Black Friday through the following Monday
- items sold on Boxing Day through the following Monday
- if price adjustment does not apply specifically to a product, it will be indicated in the product's description
Shipping costs will not be included in the price adjustment, but, if your purchase price reduction makes you fall under the free shipping terms, then shipping fees will have to be paid.
Warranty only covers items defective due to faulty material/manufacturing. Faulty items can be returned for an exchange. Warranty does not cover items that were damaged due to improper use/handling or normal wear and tear. We recommend e-mailing us a photo of the item in question first.
