To all our past customers, unfortunately, due to a marriage breakdown and infighting, our site did not give the customer service that you have been accustomed to and I sincerely apologize for that.

 

As of 1 January 2025, I have taken over the operation of Magicshine Lights Canada Version 2.0.

 

Any warranty claims or technical issues for items purchased before January 1, 2025, can be brought up with my ex-partner, Christianne Tremblay at k9outdoorsports@gmail.com or send us an email and we will provide a physical address where you can make your claim.
